I’m writing this review to warn others about the deceptive practices of Le Remix Hotel in Paris. I don’t want anyone else to be scammed or feel unsafe during their stay.
Not resolved. The Hotel is unwilling and not interested.
Expedia does not want to take responsibility for any miscommunication that may have occurred between them and the hotel leaving me to lose the $1717 I paid.
Furthermore they are being real dishonest about it as well. Basically oh well we cancelled your ticket and charged you a 25% penalty but we messed up so here is your $400 back and we will keep the $1717.
I paid a $400 cancellation fee through Expedia, but the hotel still charged me for the entire stay, citing their no-refund policy.
This hotel uses false advertising to lure customers and then takes advantage of them with unfair billing practices.
I am contacting French tourism authorities and considering legal action to ensure theyre held accountable for their deceptive business practices.
Avoid Le Remix Hotel if you value your safety and your money. There are far better and more honest places to stay in Paris.
